Accessing and using the Website constitutes full and express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To access and use the internet portal identified by the domain name www.itsanthonyrivera.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Anthony Rivera, the User must accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. The User expressly declares acceptance by electronic means, in accordance with Article 1803 and other related provisions of the Federal Civil Code.
For the purposes of this document, “User” shall mean any individual who accesses the Website and/or uses the services offered through it.
If the User does not fully accept these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from accessing, using and/or browsing the Website.
Access to and use of the Website shall be deemed full and express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as of the documents incorporated by reference and the applicable legislation in force in Mexico.
In the event of any breach of the foregoing, Anthony Rivera may restrict access, cancel accounts and pursue the corresponding legal actions.
The User and Anthony Rivera agree as follows:
— The User must be over 18 years of age or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
— Anthony Rivera grants a personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
— Printing or copying Site content shall be exclusively for the User's personal use.
— Reproducing, distributing, publishing, selling, licensing or commercially exploiting any Site content without the prior written authorization of Anthony Rivera is strictly prohibited.
— Any breach will result in the immediate revocation of this license.
Anthony Rivera may block or remove content it considers: i) abusive, defamatory or obscene; ii) fraudulent; iii) infringing on intellectual property or third-party rights; iv) offensive; v) contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
The User is prohibited from:
— Accessing data without authorization.
— Attempting to probe for vulnerabilities.
— Interfering with the service or data transmission.
— Sending viruses or carrying out computer attacks.
— Sending mass unsolicited email.
— Falsifying headers or electronic information.
Anthony Rivera will cooperate with the authorities in the event of investigations related to security violations.
— Anthony Rivera is not liable for failures of the internet, power or telecommunication systems.
— It does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Site.
— It shall not be liable for damages caused by viruses or technical failures arising from use of the Site.
— The User may not claim compensation for technical difficulties or service interruptions.
All content on the Website www.anthonyrivera.mx is the exclusive property of Anthony Rivera, including software, source code, texts, images, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, trade names and other elements.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use constitutes an infringement of Mexican intellectual property law.
By submitting material or content to the Website, the User grants Anthony Rivera a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute and create derivative works from it.
The User waives any copyright claims regarding material voluntarily submitted to the Site.
The Website may include third-party advertising content. Advertisers are responsible for their own material. Anthony Rivera is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in such content.
— Use of purchased products is the User's sole responsibility.
— The applicable warranty is stated on each product's individual page.
— No warranty applies in cases of misuse, wear, accidents or failure to follow the care instructions.
— Products altered, modified or repaired by the User are not accepted.
The images, descriptions and characteristics of the products shown are indicative. Anthony Rivera does not guarantee the absence of errors or variations in the information.
— Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions.
— Discount codes may not be combined with other codes.
The User must pay for the selected products, taxes and shipping costs through the methods available on the Website.
An email will be sent with the purchase details and the estimated delivery date.
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card or other available methods. The availability of payment methods may change without prior notice.
An order generated on the Site does not guarantee acceptance; any issue will be communicated to the User.
After the payment is confirmed, the order will be released for delivery.
Published prices include VAT. They do not include shipping costs, which are detailed prior to purchase.
Anthony Rivera may cancel orders due to errors in pricing, availability or validation.
All pieces are subject to availability. When a product is sold out, the User may join the waitlist to receive notifications about future restocks or new productions.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation; once the order has been processed, the User will receive an email with the tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination (Mexico: 2–7 business days; United States and Canada: 5–10 business days; international: 7–15 business days). Anthony Rivera is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes or circumstances beyond its control.
It is the User's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address; Anthony Rivera is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information. International orders may be subject to taxes, duties or customs charges from the destination country, which are the User's responsibility. The User must inspect the condition of the product upon receipt.

All sales are final. No cancellations are accepted once the order has been confirmed.

Exchanges for size or manufacturing defect are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the piece is unused, in perfect condition, with its original tags and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for the exchange are the User's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping error. Anthony Rivera reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.
If the User receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must contact us within 5 calendar days of receipt, sending photographs and the order number; each case will be evaluated individually. Details are available in the Shipping, Exchanges and Returns policy.

Once the invoice has been issued, re-invoicing will not be possible.
The Site is not directed at minors. Parents or guardians will be responsible for the actions taken by minors who access the Site.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Anthony Rivera, its personnel and representatives harmless for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Anthony Rivera may modify or update the content, services, information or elements of the Site without prior notice.
These Terms have an indefinite term. Any modification will take effect from its publication on the Website. Continued use of the Site implies tacit acceptance of such changes.
If any clause is declared invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in force and applicable.
Additional terms may be added for new services or features of the Site.
This contract is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
The User may not assign the rights arising from this contract. Anthony Rivera may assign them without the User's consent.
The failure of Anthony Rivera to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Notice in force, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Anthony Rivera regarding the use of the Website.
